Job Summary:
Immediate openings for highly motivated Electrical / Controls Engineering Interns with a desire to work in fast-paced, quality-centered environments.
Will work closely with electrical and controls engineers in developing and designing systems for hydraulic equipment that are cost-effective, meet the specifications of the sales order, and meet the customer’s needs.
Candidates should have good problem-solving, analytical, and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design of electrical schematics and panel layout using AutoCAD Electrical
- Programming PLCs using ladder logic
- Design and building of HMI interface
- Debug electrical controls during machine startup
- Specify components for control systems
- Create new parts in the ERP system
- Enter bills of materials into ERP systems
- Research & Development – research new products and technologies
- Support other engineers as needed
- Utilize NFPA, UL, NEC, and ANSI B11 standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing an education in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- High School Graduate or GED
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of personal computers including Windows and Microsoft Office applications
